ABOUT DENNIS

Dennis Fedorovich’s early career provided broad business experiences in wide-ranging industries, and included 4+ years at a “Big 8” CPA firm, a transition to controller and operations manager of a medical device manufacturer, and then a move to a controller position in the car rental industry. That stint included both sides of acquisitions and led ultimately to roles on teams with the multi-national owner’s subsidiary and parent company executives.

This broad experience laid the groundwork for the next stage of his career, where he served for 25+ years as CFO for a high-profile, significant family business. Initially he partnered with key stakeholders to navigate the company from financial distress, and then worked in key executive leadership roles to plan for and support the company’s stability and growth. His position encompassed financial planning and reporting, strategic guidance, risk mitigation, tax planning, and the support of effective operational improvements. Teaming with corporate counsel and other advisors, generational ownership was enhanced through strategic estate planning and other succession methods.

Simultaneous to his CFO role, Dennis partnered in a restaurant franchise company that included eleven units of a popular fast-casual concept and three other franchise concepts in multiple locations.

Dennis built his practice on his reputation of courage, excellence, trust and integrity. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a CPA, Dennis owns and operates his firm out of the Tampa Bay area.
